3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners for shipping. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-metro / remote locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Charges may vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
• Any additional duties or taxes for international shipments must be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

TechZone IT Solution is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
