returned.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective or damaged.
- The product is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
- The service provided does not match the agreed scope.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery or service completion.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for return:
- Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable content.
- Customized, configured, or tailor-made products/services.
- Services already completed or substantially delivered.
- Domain registration, hosting, and third-party services.
3. Return Process
- Return requests must be submitted via email with order details.
- Approved returns may require the product to be shipped back.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging, where applicable.
4. Inspection & Approval
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Approval or rejection of the
return will be communicated within 5 business days.
5. Refund or Replacement
- Approved returns may be eligible for replacement or refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
- Shipping or handling charges may not be refundable.
