1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered as agreed.
- There is a technical issue from our side that cannot be resolved.
- Duplicate or excess payment was made by mistake.
- A product delivered is defective or significantly different from the description.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase or service
delivery unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Non-Refundable Items & Services
- Services already delivered or substantially completed.
- Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable items once accessed.
- Customized or tailor-made services/projects.
- Domain registration, hosting charges, and third-party service fees.
- Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
- If approved before work starts, a partial or full refund may be issued.
- If work has started, charges will be deducted based on work completed.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Transaction or gateway charges may be deducted.
